What Happened?


I know what your thinking. Now a days why would kids wanna go outside and move around when they can just be entertained inside all day on any gaming system? It’s no surprise that  with the growth of social media and gaming has significantly made their lives as well as a lot of us have more sedentary lives than years past. It starts effecting their entire health when this happens.

It’ll be a great bonding experience for you and your kids when you can have a common interest in bettering your health and wanting to have fun in the process. Just don’t get mad if they beat you its all good fun. Let’s set the example for the youth and show them how much fun it is to:

  • pump some iron  

  • run outside

  • even have a quick pick up game of basketball out in the backyard.
