The Problem With Doing Hard Workouts Every Day.
A lot of people believe harder means better
So they train hard every day
More sweat, More fatigue, More soreness
At first it feels productive
Then it leads to burnout

The Burnout Cycle
When every workout is intense the body never recovers
Energy drops
Motivation drops
Performance stalls
Eventually people quit or get injured

Recovery Matters
Your body improves after training not during it
Recovery is where strength is built
Recovery is where adaptation happens

Training Needs Balance
Not every session should feel the same
Some build strength
Some build conditioning
Some push intensity
Some allow recovery

Final Thought
Hard work is not the issue
Doing it without structure is
Results come from balance
